Driving Directions To The Jay And Rose Phillips Family
Foundation
From Downtown Minneapolis:
Take Hennepin Ave. across the suspension bridge
spanning the Mississippi River. Proceed according
to the parking directions below.
From South Of Downtown
Minneapolis: Take I-35W North to Downtown
Exit (also known as Route 65 and as 5th Ave.). Stay
in the left hand lane. Route 65 will become 5th
Ave. S. when you enter downtown. Follow 5th Ave.
S. to Washington Ave. (5th Ave. ends at Washington
Ave.) Turn left onto Washington Ave. and proceed
about six blocks to Hennepin Ave. Turn right onto
Hennepin Ave. and proceed across the suspension
bridge spanning the Mississippi River. Proceed according
to the parking directions below.
From Southeast Minneapolis:
Take 4th St. SE to 1st Ave. NE. Make a left turn
onto 1st Ave. NE. Proceed according to the parking
directions below.
From West Of Minneapolis:
Take Highway 394 East to Washington Ave. At the
traffic light, turn right onto Washington Ave. Turn
left onto Hennepin Ave. and proceed across the suspension
bridge spanning the Mississippi River. Proceed according
to the parking directions below.
From Northeast Minneapolis:
Take University Ave. going south, to
1st Ave. NE. Make a right turn onto 1st Ave. NE.
Proceed according to the parking directions below.
From North Of Minneapolis:
Take 35W South to the 4th St. SE exit.
Making a right onto 4th St., take 4th to 1st Ave.
NE. Make a left turn onto 1st Ave. NE (it's a one
way). Proceed according to the parking directions
below.
From St. Paul:
Take Highway I-94 west to Minneapolis. Exit I-94
at the 5th St. exit. When you get to the STOP SIGN
at the Metrodome, make a right turn and continue
to Washington Ave. (about two very short blocks).
Turn left onto Washington and proceed to Hennepin
Ave. (about six blocks). Turn right onto Hennepin
and cross the suspension bridge spanning the Mississippi
River. Proceed according to the parking directions
below.
Parking: Crossing
the Hennepin Ave. bridge, stay in left lane. At
2nd St. NE turn left. Proceed 1 block to 1st Ave
NE and turn left. Stay in the left lane and proceed
one-half block to ramp entrance marked "The
Falls Parking Restricted" (this is also visitor
parking). Park in any spot not designated "reserved."
Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you so
that we may validate it for you. Go through
the doors marked "East Bridge Offices".
Use the stairs or elevators to 2nd floor.
