General
Information:
•Before
submitting an application, please review our Grant
Guidelines and Frequently
Asked Questions.
•
Once you login to the online grant application system, you
will be able to save your application and return to it at
a later time, if needed.
•
To assist with the online grant application process, we recommend
that applicants type answers to the proposal narrative questions
into a word-processing document, then copy and paste entries
into the appropriate section online. You may print off
a blank copy of the application by clicking on "Printer
Friendly Version" at the top of any page of the application.
•
Please use only plain text for information you will copy/paste
into your online application (no bullets, charts or graphs),
because specialized formatting will not transfer. Hyphens
(-) and plus signs (+) are okay for bullets.
•
Please include any citations within the text.
•
Please remove all passwords from attached documents.
•
All required fields must be completed before the system will
accept the application.

Application Steps:
1.
Open the online application by clicking on "Start Online
Application" below.
2.
Complete the online application.
3.
Or, click on "Save & Finish Later" to save the
unfinished application to complete and submit at a later time.
4.
To return to an unfinished application, click on "Access
Your Saved Application" below.
5.
Review the completed application and click on "Printer
Friendly Version" at the top of any page to print a copy
for your records.
6.
Click on "Submit" to officially submit the
application. After you submit your application,
you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not
receive this email, please call the Foundation for assistance.
